Everything You Need to Know Before Beginning Your Next Project
Our pricing is project-based and fully customized to ensure you only pay for the value you receive. We do not use fixed rate cards. Every quote is built by considering three core factors:
Scope and Scale: The size of the project, including the number of video ads, photos, or days needed for production.
Complexity: Technical requirements such as specialized equipment, custom styling, motion graphics, or complex lighting setups.
Deliverables: The final assets you require (e.g., raw files, multiple video versions, usage rights).
To get a precise understanding of your investment, please reach out for a quick, no-obligation conversation.
Our standard delivery estimates (4–8 weeks for video, 5–10 days for photos) are based on a process that prioritizes strategic excellence and quality control. However, as a small, nimble team, we are fully capable of working under pressure.
We can work fast, but the time matters for quality. If a deadline is urgent, we can drastically shorten the timeline.
The speed is entirely determined by scope. Simple projects are quicker. Complex projects are possible under pressure, but require focused client cooperation and may incur rush fees to account for the necessary overtime and resource prioritization.
If you have an aggressive deadline, tell us upfront. We will assess the scope and provide a tailored plan to deliver maximum impact within your required timeframe.
We first discuss your goals and lock the scope of the project, establishing the timeframe, budget, and deliverables. We then send a detailed agreement for your digital signature and require the deposit payment to formally begin. The creative work starts immediately after. Once the final deliverables are complete and transferred to you via a secure link, the remaining balance is paid, and we provide all necessary release documents.
Our model is designed for efficiency and flexibility. We are a small but scalable team that moves around depending on the project's needs.
On-Site Production: We come to KL for all filming, photography, and essential in-person creative direction sessions.
Digital Workflow: All non-physical work—from concept development to final editing and asset delivery—is handled remotely.
This approach ensures we are present when it matters most, while keeping our workflow nimble and focused on delivering results quickly and cost-effectively.
You will receive the final, high-resolution assets as outlined in our signed agreement. This usually includes:
Final Video Files: Digital files optimized for their specific platform (e.g., vertical for TikTok/Reels, 16:9 for YouTube/Web), delivered via a secure cloud link.
Final Image Files: Retouched images in your required format (e.g., high-res JPEG for print, web-optimized JPEG for digital).
Release Documents: All necessary documentation, confirming your rights to use the delivered materials.
We do not typically provide raw footage or unedited project files. These remain the property of Seputeh Rasmi unless explicitly negotiated and detailed in the initial agreement.
Our standard pricing includes two rounds of client revisions during the post-production phase.
The first round is based on the Rough Cut—focusing on general structure and major creative points.
The second round is based on the Fine Cut—focusing on minor tweaks, graphics, and color adjustments.
This structured approach ensures your feedback is precise and keeps the project on the agreed-upon timeline. Any significant changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to a nominal fee and timeline extension.
Upon full and final payment, we grant you the specific usage rights (a license) for the final deliverables as outlined in our agreement.
You receive the necessary rights to use the final assets for their intended purpose (e.g., digital advertising, website, social media).
Seputeh Rasmi retains the copyright to the underlying creative work, which allows us to feature the project in our portfolio, on our website, and for self-promotional use.
This is standard industry practice. If you require full, exclusive buyout rights (the full transfer of copyright), this must be negotiated and agreed upon in the initial contracting phase.
The commitment is secured through two professional industry standards: a legally binding contract and a structure of staged payments.
The Master Services Agreement is your primary legal guarantee. This document, which you review and digitally sign before any work begins, legally commits Seputeh Rasmi to deliver the exact, agreed-upon assets and services, adhere to the agreed timeline and grant you the necessary usage rights upon final payment.
Failure to deliver the promised services constitutes a breach of contract, providing you with legal recourse to protect your investment.
Your risk is minimized through our staged payment structure:
Deposit (30-50%): This initial payment covers immediate pre-production costs (planning, creative direction, location scouting, etc.). It shows our commitment to starting the work.
Final Payment (50-70%): The remainder of the fee is due only after you have received and approved the final, high-resolution deliverables via a secure link.
This structure ensures that the majority of the cost is paid only when the finished product is in your hands, aligning our success directly with yours.
Your cooperation is vital for an efficient project flow. To ensure timely delivery, we primarily need two things from your team: preparation and prompt approvals.
Preparation and Onboarding
We require a concise summary of your brand, your specific project goals, and your target audience. This is crucial for our Creative Direction. We also need prompt access to all necessary brand assets, such as high-resolution logos, brand fonts, color codes, and any existing marketing materials. Having these ready upfront prevents unnecessary delays.
Timely Approvals
Our speed is directly linked to yours. We need decisive, consolidated, and clear feedback during the initial Concept and Script approval phases to lock the creative foundation. Similarly, adherence to the agreed-upon deadlines for reviewing cuts and making decisions during the post-production revision rounds is essential. Providing timely feedback and assets is the best way to ensure we deliver your final visuals on time and on budget.
